What does Physician Connection do for me above and beyond what I can already do with my Providers and staff?

Physician Connection will provide you with the opportunity to secure a predetermined appointment slot that your customer has selected as the best time they would like to engage with industry.
For ‘hard to see or no see providers’ Physician Connection has a ‘video briefing’ feature that will give you the opportunity to send a detailed video message to a provider in which they can view the video at a time that is convenient for them.
The video briefing can be used by Providers too.

What if I need to deliver samples? How does Physician Connection assist with this?

Physician Connection has a unique search feature that will give Providers and staff members the opportunity to search a secure database, using a variety of search criteria that will allow the office to directly message you for your product or service.
There is a quick check box for providers to request samples.

How can I message a Provider or Office Administrator regarding an appointment request?

You will be able to search for available appointment slots including breakfast, lunch, dinner, &/or snack opportunities.

  1. You will send a request for appointment availability.
  2. The Provider or Office Administrator will determine appointment approval contingent on their office needs.
  3. As a rep you can provide supplemental information regarding the appointment subject matter. Additionally, Reps can upload any relative information regarding the appointment. Utilizing this process will provide more robust conversations when the Rep/Providers connect.

What is the difference in using Physician Connection messaging versus email?

Physician Connection communications is not via email.
Physician Connection is built with military grade encrypted software so when you use our messaging feature your message is guaranteed to be delivered to the intended recipient.
There are no firewalls or restrictions in the message platform.

Why did the office/clinic/institution decide to implement Physician Connection?

Most Providers agree that Industry representatives offer tremendous value and insights regarding medical/product updates/changes.
With the overwhelming demands placed on Providers time, Practice leadership does not want communication to go stale because of Providers limited time to meet with industry Reps.

Click the link www.physicianconnection.com/register and complete the required information.
You will have a 30-day trial period to get comfortable with Physician Connection before the monthly $99 subscription is billed.
Currently, Physician Connection is offering a “no subscription contracts” for early adopters.
